Salwa - organizing by themes
Have some participation where sort by themes, try to get some concensus, have only items that contain those themes in single sheet
Goodrum - couple of ideas
1) Finish some classification
2) Combine some very obvious duplications
3) Synthesis
4) Put in new column with numeric order
a. Refer number
b. Unique ID
c. Multiple sheets, LC001, keep under thousand
d. Take that original sheet and make copies, always be able
e. Have three sheets, RC001
f. Capabilities (someone at IU)
g. Hope to have it included
5) Some great new content, Charles Sturt
6) Fill in themes and activity flows
7) Then call for original contributors to make sure that their orig idea isn't lost with this effort
8) New themes: site and workspace admin; multi-media support; usability-accessibility
9) Synthesis - Need to support specific capabilities -
10) Get I and J completed, add comments as needed,
11) Everyone go over the entire spreadsheet; middle Robin; bottom Rita; Lynn top; Daphne top; Ken bottom; Salwa top; David middle
12) Keep first two rows frozen, if you find it unfrozen
13) For those familiar 1) add 2) Note strong disagreement, 3) then write a note or alternative
