Repositories can be more compelling when contributors are highlighted.

You can see what is collected currently in a library contributor profile by visiting your user page on the site (and registering/logging in if you have not yet already done so).

Contributor Profiles

Contributor profiles are currently exposed on each contributed record, and include the following fields:

  • Given Name
  • Family Name
  • Avatar/Picture
  • Title
  • Department/Program/Discipline
  • Organization
  • Website
  • Biography (Short)
  • Biography (Long)
  • History (site membership length)
  • Browse all items posted by that user
  • Browse all items from that institution

Add other suggested fields:

  • Suggestion...
  • Tags

Contributor Privacy

Drupal will allow us to expose a contact form for every contributor that will send to their registered email but not expose that email. The contact form can be off/on by default and each user can turn it off/on according to their preferences.
