The Sakai help files, in their current state, are not fully up-to-date or complete but they are critical to make sure users have a good experience with the software, and to encourage a broader adoption of Sakai as an LMS for institutions looking to migrate away from a current commercial solution. This year, a handful of institutions have rallied together to review the built-in help files within Sakai. During this session, you'll learn about this initiative and contribute your ideas to the cause. We will provide an overview of the existing Sakai help knowledge base managed by Indiana University, the history of end-user documentation efforts, and our current documentation review effort. You'll also be able to contribute to an open discussion to identify how we can work together as a community to collaborate and share our documentation and help resources.
