The University of Dayton has successfully transitioned from WebCT to Sakai over the past two years. We attribute a great deal of our success to newly designed
training models as well as a robust marketing campaign aimed at attracting faculty and staff members to Sakai. The presentation will focus on our adapted training
model, creative marketing, and some lessons we have learned along the way.
