Project Summary
I'll go over the scope of the project along with the project goals.

Review Schedule & Deliverables
I'll cover the design schedule and design deliverables. If anyone wants to chime in a discuss development or other items, feel free.

Discuss Roles & Expectations
I'm hoping this will be the meatier part of the discussion. I'd like to know where everyone sees themselves fitting in so we can get our expectations aligned.

General Q&A
If necessary, I'll answer any last minute questions you might have.
