The OpenSyllabus Project started a couple of months ago, in winter 2008. It has been an exciting challenge to mix GWT and Sakai, to which I was totally new 1 year ago. We have been using Scrum to manage our developments given that we only had 3 months to come up with something functionnal and that too, was a lot of fun.

HEC Montreal, my workplace, is a medium-size business school (10-15k students). Before working here, I had my company for a couple of years where we developed a CMS based on Java, Swing, RMI, Servlets and pure object databases (that was cool too!). I've been working on web applications since 1994.

Beside this serious fun, I am a music-maniac (from Miles Davis to Sonic Youth, Booka Shade, etc.), and an amateur photographer with a website in dire need for a severe update!
