Mike Elledge is the Assistant Director of the Usability and Accessibility Center (UAC) at Michigan State University, and is the Accessibility Team Lead for Sakai. He has an MBA from Columbia University in Finance and Marketing, and an MSI from the School of Information (SI) at the University of Michigan in HCI and Information Architecture.

Previous to joining the UAC on March 1st, 2006 he was Accessibility Specialist at the University of Michigan, as well as the Sakai Project Manager and Accessibility Team Lead. He became a staff member of the University of Michigan after graduting from the School of Information in May, 2001

Prior to returning to school in 1999, Mike spent eighteen years in advertising and consumer products marketing, working on a number of well known products and services including: Ken-l ration dog food, Lite-line cheese, Vlasic Olives, Sandwich-Mate Slices, Mr. Turkey lunchmeat, Ball Park Franks, Ford Corporate Marketing ("Quality is Job 1"), GM Parts and Service ("Mr. Goodwrench"), Dow Automotive ("We listen. We deliver."), and Henry Ford Health System Senior Services.

He is a single father of three beautiful girls, and enjoys skiing, working out, coaching soccer, and playing music--in his spare time.
