Currently application developer on sakai integration project at Rutgers university. Working towards degree in instructional media at Teachers College Columbia University with a focus on the intersection of games, game design, interactivity, play and education.

(Yes, I know I need to narrow this if I am ever to graduate...)

My professional experience is as an educational media developer. My formal training is in computer science. I am an active instructor at the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies at Rutgers where I have taught introductory programming, database technology, networking and internet technology, and IT and learning. I am also a guest lecturer in HCI and information architecture.

At the end of the day I will leave my little 'coding cube', travel across campus, and use the tools we've all been writing in the classroom.
