Meeting Minutes 9-15-05

  1. Call for Proposals & Registration:
    • Susan will send around URL for reviewing both conference registration and the session proposals. We should be able to view these based on any number of fields such as track, institution, topic, etc...
      • Question: Is it possible to allow reviewers to reassign proposals to a different track?
    • Susan will add a log-in feature for CFP so that people can resume editing proposals so they don't have to complete the entire proposal in one sitting, and they can review and edit proposals (if they can edit, will there be a flag for the Review cmte?)
    • Public registration should be ready next week
