Faculty Support and docs in Sakai -- 233

Faculty Support & docs in Sakai

Session 233

Thursday
10:00 am-11:00 am
SalonJ

Session Abstract

Supporting a home-grown system requires support staff to explore, test and document each nook and cranny of the system. Out-of-box or community developed tools already come with documentation and a user-base that tests and explores the tools. What challenges have support personnel experienced while using Sakai and what challenges do those who haven't rolled out the system anticipate? How can we lessen the trauma of transition from one system to another?
