Topic: Coordinating the Programmer's Cafe and UCamp Sprint projects.
- We're envisioning several smaller working groups of developers who have a choice between two design projects (Membership Tool or Preferences)
- Two projects: Membership Tool and Preferences
- We concluded that its best to have the collaboration focus on improvements to existing tools instead of creating a new tool from scratch.
- First 30 minutes of collaboration would be designers giving overview to developers on the two designs and their requirements.
- Collaboration session would start around 1:30pm just after lunch break
- Most important goal of Sprint is to have designers and developers work together on solving real problems.
- Designers attending conference would meet with Aaron on Sunday night (Dec 2) if possible around dinner time to finalize any needed coordination. Anyone interested is welcome to join us. Our plans for where to meet/connect on Sunday will be posted closer to the actual date.
