Report of a usability test conducted for the Sakaibrary project in June-July 2008 by the University Information Technology Services User Experience Group at Indiana University.
This was a test of the Citations Helper feature in the Resources Tool in Sakai 2.5 and of an early prototype of the Research Guide tool under development by the Sakaibrary project, but some of the recommendations of the report pertain to general issues with Sakai and the Resources tool.
