New Phone Number - Marc will update the all-in number if we get one from Mary. Otherwise, we'll stick with the one we have.
Roadmap WG
¿ Tim will be acting chair for the Roadmap group until the Lead UI role is hired.
¿ Peter sent out a link to the new confluence space. We'll take that as acceptance.
¿ Tim will pull the Roadmap WG relevant information from the Ucamp space and put them in the new space. He'll also rename the Ucamp space to Ucamp again.
Requirements team - we really want to have a UI representative on this working group
¿ Colin has started getting emails from the requirements group and seems to have been nominated into the requirements group. He doesn't have time for this work given FLUID and his responsibilities on that project..
¿ No one else has time to step up to this right now. Marc & Daphne will talk about splitting this responsibility. Respond by next week?
Matrix
¿ We have agreed on the format of the matrix for now.
¿ Marc will update it with his evaluations as time permits
¿ Kathy is working on hers.
¿ Daphne is will complete hers by next week.

U-Camp
¿ Tim has done a lot of work to clean up the space - group UCamp planning material together and combo session material together.
¿ Brainstorm about what suggested sessions we'd like to move forward and flesh out
o Design Patterns - should we have a session given there is one scheduled during the regular conference? Tim suggested this one could be more interactive along the lines of using the library. Marc feels like we aren't far enough along to tell people to start using the library. We still need to figure out how or if a style guide fits with the patterns.
o Fluid components should be tied to Design Patterns that give more information about use, context, etc.
o Marc is questioning whether the DP should be handed off to FLUID. Colin's vision is that these projects leverage each other. Marc wants to be sure we don't have dueling DP libraries. Colin: "Want to clear up that FLUID is not something separate from Sakai." Fluid is really meant to enable improving design and accessibility on the projects involved. Having Judy, Daphne & Colin involved in this project and involved in FLUID should help some with communication across the projects. Marc would like to know more about FLUID and the specific commitments of the projects involved. Colin gave a brief synopsis of FLUID and his vision.
