We'll start thinking about U-Camp planning again in March
- Camp should be more "hands-on"
- Need to think about ways to include developers and designers. The timing gets tricky because of the Developers cafe. Perhaps we could do a half day with both?
- Everyone on the call is interested in working on the planning committee. We'll want to put out another call to the community for participation on the committee in late February
Discussed survey results a bit. Consensus was that we probably didn't get enough responses to get a true sense of what was valuable, etc. to the larger group. Of the few responses we got we heard more hands-on and need for clearer goals and audience description for the various sections of the day.
Colin emailed a synthesized list of the Top 5 issues we recieved from support. This is a huge step forward in collecting, grouping and making sense of this information (thanks Colin!). There was agreement that the end goal of this list is to have some specific action items to move things forward. Next week we'll define some specific tasks people can work on as they have time.
- Need to incorporate various user testing reports into the synthesis
- Decide on a strategy that includes action items.

- Need to include afternoon discussion results in the synthesis. If anyone has time this week, feel free to incorporate results into the document Colin has started.
- Colin to post doc (or content) on confluence
