Mark Norton it seems has been in discussion with the board on possible transition scenarios from the core-projec/sepp organisation to a new post-core-project SEPP2. He has put some of his thinking here

This work represents some of my thinking on the problem. I presented the PowerPoint version to the boad last week in Ann Arbor. It was well received, but no decisions have been made at this time. I think it's fair to say that the board is working towards a new organization in which we are all equal partners.
