2.5 Release

The 2.5 release of the Roster features several major changes:

  • New UI with a separate tabular view for profile and official institutional photos
  • Integration with Course Management API to display enrollment status information
  • Expanded permission scheme to retain the Roster's general use purpose while incorporating course-specific features
  • Dramatically improved performance

    Not sure where the most appropriate place to ask this is but I am curious as to whether you might be adding paging at some point in the future. That is, if there are a large number of students, would it be possible to show 20, 50 students at a time, similar to Site Info, to enhance speed of page load for a large lecture section of 400 students?
