Which Action links should be displayed below individual Search Result Citations? (i.e. Add to Citation List/Remove from Citation List, View Full Record, etc.)

See the discussion on Check Boxes?, however, for comments on whether it may make sense to use check boxes instead of add/remove links.
Clicking on the Citation title itself should pop-up a full record (read-only) view of the Citation itself.
