I like the simple Textarea as well. I think for a description of a citation list...I like the simple Textarea as well. I think for a description of a citation list a simple text box would do. I also wonder if there would be confusion about typing in citations into the FCKEditor. I'll chat with Mark to see what his feelings are.

Could we also have a label with the box so users know what is expected? Like "Description of Citation List"? Or just "Description"? I had one professor I showed the site to who was unsure what the purpose of the box was.
