If adding functionality to Export individual Citations or an entire Citation List, it may be necessary to have checkboxes next to Citations and "global" actions such as 'Select All', 'Select None' and 'Export Selected'. If the checkboxes and these globals are not in place, we could have one global called 'Export Citation List' and individual Citation Action Links called 'Export' beneath each Citation (see, Citation Action Links discussion page).

These functions will be applied to checked sets of Citations. Therefore, checkboxes will be necessary.
A 'Select All' master checkbox will select/deselect all items on the current page.
For the future, there may be functions designed only for the entire list - for example, exporting the entire citation list. This function would apply to all Citations in the Citation List regardless of how many pages the Citation List spans.
