This group is for those interested in K-12 applications of Sakai.
Interested parties should also join the K-12 group on http://collab.sakaiproject.org

Status and Plans

Our focus right now is on the following:

identifying interested parties
documenting current usage of Sakai in K-12 settings
documenting requirements of the K-12 community
assembling resources who might be interested in extending Sakai capabilities to meet the unique needs of K-12

Events of Interest

The Rhode Island Sakai Conference on April 9th. Possibly looking at a K-12 interest group meeting on April 8th, focused on grant opportunities for K12 applications of Sakai. For more information, contact events@ri.net.
LaGuardia Community College ePortfolio Conference on April 11-12, with a possible additional day on April 10.
