University of Michigan (CTools)
CTools is configured to use help from an external location. sakai.properties setting:
help.location = http://www.umich.edu/~umctdocs/
The external location contains:
- help.xml registration file, listing the topics and items
- Help documents in HTML format.
On startup, the Help tool reads the help.xml registration file. When a document is selected from the index, the Help tool sends a redirect to the appropriate external document.
