Resources tool with "images from Image Gallery" displayed

This is an interim solution so users don't have to know whether they go to Resources or Image Gallery to find a particular file. Our longterm hope is that a file manager from anywhere is a better solution. See conceptual drawings from Hattie & Daphne.

    General issues/questions:

    • To allow remove and move from here? Copy makes sense but what not sure how remove and move would work? Since we are automatically adding a copy to resources than we shouldn't allow either. In the future if we allow users to choose which files to copy to resources and where than this gets much more complicated and we'll need to figure out how to allow these actions here.
    • What about a file context view?
    • Can they reorder here? What does that mean?
    • Sharing tags, etc. makes this all much more valuable. How, when can we move that forward?
