Sign-up tool BOF

Does your institution need a tool to allow site members to sign-up for events (office hours, outings, rides, etc.) or groups (e.g. sections) and state their preference if availability is limited? Stanford does. We're looking for partners who would want to add functionality to Sakai that would allow for these scenarios.
